Kluane National Park and Reserve is extraordinary. A protected place that is home to the largest non-polar icefields in the world, and 17 of Canada’s 20 tallest mountains—including Mount Logan, the highest peak in Canada. This image was taken on the shores of Kluane Lake when the winds were so strong that I needed to be lying down in order to get the shot.

There isn't a breath of wind and the air is just right for taking a long run down an old country road where few have walked before you. There is peace here. It is very quiet...
It is a retreat from the busyness of life, a place to reflect and enjoy the great outdoors
